These stylish new apartments are located in the heart of Stumm. The Heublume apartment, about 50 m², is on the second floor and features a sunny balcony perfect for relaxing holidays. With shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, everything you need is within easy reach. Don’t miss the "cheese corner," where you can find fresh local bread, milk, butter, eggs, and cheese.

The owners also run a hotel just 1 km away, offering amenities for all ages. Kids can enjoy archery, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, a climbing tower, an alpine labyrinth, a big slide, and a playground. Daily activities are organized during the summer months.

Winter sports enthusiasts will love the Zillertal-Mitte ski area, which has a variety of slopes suitable for children, beginners, and experienced skiers, as well as opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowboarding.

Stumm, situated on the sunny side of the Zillertal, is ideal for summer walking and cycling trips. Known for its beautiful village square, it hosts live theatre and serves as a film backdrop. Families can enjoy the large outdoor swimming pool.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der obersten * 4. Etage. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, was bedeutet, dass "Housekeeping" eine Menge Aufwand erfordert. Das Gebäude befindet sich im Dorf mit direktem Blick auf einen kleinen inspirierenden Innenhof.

Die Umgebung war wunderschön, Restaurants in der Nähe des schönen Dorfes, die Ankunft war gut, nicht zu wissen, dass die Wohnung ein Dorf weiter war, Unterkunft 3 hoch mit Pool im Keller (dunkel)
