The completely new 1-room bungalow "Hühnergott" was completely renovated by 9/24, everything except the walls has been renewed.
The tiny house with real wood paneling and a spacious veranda made of larch faces west and has a total living space of 32 m2, of which approx. 25 m2 is indoors and a spacious covered veranda of 15 m2 usable space (1/2 counted).
The solid wood veranda is sheltered from the wind, furnished and equipped with movable wooden blinds on the right and left.
A private garden area of approx. 50m2 is available and a parking space is located right next to the building. The bungalow is located on our private property (3400 m2) with a 2-family house in which we live and there is also a holiday apartment. The property is completely securely fenced in to 1.60 m.
All furniture and furnishings etc. are new, the walls and roof are insulated, the windows are triple glazed; the rental starts in September 2024.
The TV can be rotated and used from the bed, sofa or kitchen, as desired. All windows have pleated blinds and there are 2 windows with fly screens. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, refrigerator, hob and a hot air fryer and much more. The double bed (1.60) made of solid oak (with new mattress and slatted frame) has real wood larch paneling for a good sleeping climate.
The bathroom is newly tiled and comfortably furnished with a 90cm shower.
We live on the property and are happy to answer any questions or give you tips.
On the costs:
- A dog up to medium size is welcome to stay here for €5 per night.
- The heating is electric (infrared and convector heaters without fans, in the bathroom in the form of a towel radiator) - in summer the electricity costs are around 2-5 euros per day, at low temperatures you can expect electricity costs of around 5-8 euros per day. The electricity will be offset against the deposit (100) at the end of the stay, there is a separate meter in the bungalow. 0.35/kwh electricity.
- Consumption costs: water included, electricity extra.
- WiFi, satellite TV and parking included.
- The final cleaning fee of 50 (professional cleaning company) is obligatory
- We provide bed linen and towels (beds made).
For stays of 2 weeks or more we will change the bed linen/towels free of charge on request (we will provide you with a basket of fresh laundry to change).
- no tourist tax.
All prices include 7% VAT.

Man kann sogar Kraniche beobachten und die Stimmen der Vögel und Enten durchkreuzen die Stille.
Dazu sehr nette Vermieter, die dir tolle Tipps und Ratschläge geben.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen.
Die Ostsee ist auch greifbar nah (nur so 300m).
Ein ruhiges Fleckchen ohne Tourismus.
Bei Mittagssonne war die Terrasse eine schöne Gelegenheit auszuspannen.
