If you're seeking the scent of the sea, vast sandy beaches, relaxation and tranquility, or if you want to explore the surroundings in South Holland, this is the perfect accommodation for you.
We acquired this well-maintained and well-equipped chalet in October '21. It is privately used and rented out to guests during available times.
It is situated on a quiet, approximately 220m² green plot with its own parking space, not far from the center of Renesse in the holiday park "de Oase".
The total size is 56m², of which about 12m² is dedicated to the covered veranda with a large seating lounge.
On the outdoor terrace, you will find another seating group with a table and four chairs.
A parasol, two sun loungers, and a charcoal grill are also available, and four bicycles are ready for excursions.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with insect screens on doors and windows.
In the open living/kitchen area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen,
a dining table, and a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV.
It has two bedrooms, one with a box spring bed 160x200 cm and two single beds 80x200 cm in the other. Both rooms have a TV. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, extractor hood, oven/microwave combination, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto capsule and filter coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, and toaster.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Towels, kitchen towels, baby cot, and high chair can be reserved for a fee through the reception upon prior notification when booking.
In the garden, there is a shed where bikes and possibly beach gear can be stored.
The chalet has gas central heating and can be used all year round.

The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing; the withdrawal must be communicated to the landlord via email at chalet@presting.de. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a substitute tenant accepted by the landlord, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Withdrawal
- up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price
- 15 to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- 8 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- 7 days before the start of the rental period until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
Statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected. It is recommended to take out travel cost insurance (not included) with an insurance company.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking in the chalet is also prohibited.
The chalet is ready for occupancy no later than 4 PM. However, keys and any booked additional equipment can be picked up at the reception beforehand.
All guests must register at the reception with their names, dates of birth, and contact details and must comply with the park's house rules, which will be provided to you with the rental contract.
A 10% discount for last-minute bookings applies to the rent, not to the additional costs at the reception.
Furthermore, the following fees are to be paid at the reception on-site:
tourist tax (high season €2.04 per person/day, for other months €1.83) and park entrance fee (adults €2.70 per person, children €1.35 per person/day).
The rental price includes water, electricity, heating, internet, TV, and a parking space on the property.

Traumhaft ausgestattetes Chalet in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage
Das Chalet liegt auf einem Campingplatz, der für die kleinen und großen Gäste keine Wünsche offen lässt, alles ist sauber und gepflegt, es gibt Spielplätze, Kinderbetreuung und Fußballplätze.
Dadurch, dass das Chalet etwas weiter hinten liegt, bekommt man trotzdem viel Ruhe und kann dank der überdachten Veranda jeden Tag draußen sitzen.
Die Räder, der Grill, die ganze Ausstattung ist ein Highlight.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder :)

Eine gute Zeit haben
Das gut ausgestatte Chalet mangelte es an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, die Veranda, für gemütliche Abende für ein leckeres Glas Rotwein. Zum Verweilen lädt auch die Sitzgruppe vor dem Chalet ein. Insbesondere bei Sonnenschein ein wahres Vergnügen. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken wie natürlich der tolle Strand, die Fischbude sowie das Slot Moermond .
