Chalet Roser (Roser De Artà) in Artà, Balearic Islands

From the top terrace of this impressive house of 4 floors, located in the bustling historical town centre, you will enjoy a great breakfast, an interesting reading on the hammocks or a good wine in the evening while admiring the mountain range and the charming village. On the other hand, there is another interior terrace on the same level of the common rooms, perfect to enjoy an appetiser in a more charming atmosphere.

This terrace is on the first floor of this house and it is where its distribution starts since the ground floor is always closed. Then, the terrace opens to a great kitchen with sliding window doors to make the space really helpful. Here you can cook delicious dishes on the gas stove, although you will also find an oven, microwave, coffee maker and more. Next you find a spacious living-dining room with TV-Sat and then there is a shower bathroom. Going upstairs, on the second floor, you find the bedrooms, all of them with a closet. One has a double bed, another comes with two twin beds and the last one has a single bed, so you can choose where you sleep.There is another bathroom, with a tub here, on this floor. If you are travelling with your baby you will find a cot and a high chair and there also are two fans available. The laundry area is equipped with a washer, iron and ironing board.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
