Spacious covered terrace areas with panoramic views of the pool and sun terraces invite you to relax and dine. The lower extensive terrace area has a shaded relax lounge, as well as lawns nestled in greenery and a 4.5x12 m pool with entry steps and a solar pool cover.
The pool house features an outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor shower, WC, and another covered outdoor terrace.
The finca offers you a stylish as well as modern equipment on two floors (flat-screen SAT-TV, WLAN). The lower open-plan living area contains the fully equipped open kitchen, the dining room with 8 seats, and the living area with an open fireplace. During the Corona pandemic, a 100% refund of the rental price for Corona-related cancellations including quarantine, etc.
3.1 The holiday guest may terminate the rental agreement with a notice period of 3 months before the agreed rental start date. In this case, the provisions according to section 4. Compensation / reimbursement of expenses apply.
3.2 During a period of 3 months before the start of the rental and during the rental period itself, termination of the rental contract is excluded.
4.1 In the event of termination of the rental contract, the holiday guest is obliged to compensate for the loss of rental income minus the expenses saved by the landlord if the landlord is unable to rent the property during the relevant period despite his usual efforts to find tenants.
4.2 In any case, even in the event of termination, the tenant remains obliged to pay the agreed reservation fee, and the reimbursement of an already paid reservation fee is excluded. By providing a suitable replacement tenant (see section 1.3.), the tenant can avoid his obligation for damages.
4.3. Compensation of the landlord, in the event of a justified extraordinary termination by the holiday guest, is limited to the amount of the agreed rental price.

Traumhafte Finca zum erholen und genießen
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Küche und es gibt einen Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer. Feuerholz war auch da, das fanden wir prima.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen, dann aber länger !
