Beschreibung
The townhouse located on a ground floor of 105m2 and with no neighbours above, is ideal for couples with children. In the living room there is a comfortable 6-seater sofa where you can relax, watch TV, read a good book or take a nap. The separate kitchen has everything you need to cook during your holiday; a toaster, coffee machine, gas oven, gas cooker and fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with AC. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has two single beds in the form of a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
