Finca Sa Roca Blanca in S'horta, Balearic Islands

Welcome to this house with magnificent views on the outskirts of s'Horta. It is prepared for 6 persons.

The fabulous outdoor area counts with a 5mx10m chlorine pool (steeps up slowly from 0,80-2m), 6 sun beds, 2 well furnished porches, a barbeque and spectacular views.

The house of 257 m2 distributed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms equipped with AC and fan each one. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other two have 2 single beds each. A crib and high chair are available. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are 2 more bathrooms serving the whole house, 1 with shower and bathtub, and 1 toilet.

The living-dining room is very cozy, has 2 sofas, 1 small table, 1 TV-Sat, fireplace and stove and 1 large window with wonderful views; the dining room is equipped with a table and chairs, and the kitchen, independent and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and 2 with two individual beds each. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. There is a guest toilet and another bathroom, for general use, with shower and bath tub.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Pets are not allowed.

The celebration of parties and events is not allowed.
Changeover day (check-in and check-out) on Friday.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
