Finca Son Perot in María de la Salut, Balearic Islands

The impressive 186 m2 house, which mixes a modern style with the antique original house furniture, is located in a more than 300.000 m2 plot. It offers ample gardens and large paths that invite to have a walk and will make you feel a fantastic sensation of freedom. Just on the other side, there are some old houses where the housekeepers live. Nevertheless, all installations are fully private, and no one will interfere in your privacy.

In these beautiful gardens, the wonderful salt pool highlights. It sizes 8x4 metres and its depth goes from 1.40 to 2 metres. It is surrounded by 4000 m2 of green lawn, ideal to sunbathe on one of the 10 sunbeds or have fun with the little ones.

The two storey house will make you feel at home thanks to the mixture of whites and wooden stuff, with some coloured touches. It offers some peculiar decorative elements like the Rieju bike, completely restored, at the stairwell.

The ground floor provides a spacious living room open to the dining kitchen which is air-conditioned and where you will relax on the comfortable sofa watching satellite TV. The kitchen offers all you need to cook delicious recipes during your vacation, including a vitro top, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric coffee maker,...The stainless steel and glass table can accommodate 10 people. In this same floor there is a toilet, a double bed bedroom with a en-suite shower bathroom and access to the terrace. The other three bedroom are upstairs. One has twoo single bed and the other two offer double beds. The three of the offer an en-suite shower bathroom and closet, and they are vey well decorated. Of course, there is a cot and a high chair available, as well as a washer, an iron and an ironing board. The house is fully equipped with central heating for the winter season with a little extra cost.

Outside, a terrace surrounds the whole building, the perfect place for great summer outdoors evenings, squeezing the barbecue expressly built for our guests. You will find an outside dining area for 8 people with a great pergola.

In this finca you will find peacocks, sheep, horses and other farm animals that you can visit if you wish. In addition you can have long walks through the forest area at the back of the property.

Maria de la Salut is a little town in the centre of Mallorca. The town square is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dinners in summer and the street market takes place on Fridays. In the village you will find all you need for your stay: pharmacy. supermarket, sports area, bars, restaurants,... The beach in can Picafort is just 15 minutes away by cae. It is a sandy beach ideal to practice water sports and have a drink in the evening at some beach bar. Other virgin beaches like Cala Torta and s’Arenalet des verger, are only 30 minutes away.

There is a fully equipped bicycle workshop with tools and other utensils.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
