The rental contract is based on the respective price list. The rental agreement is valid upon written confirmation from the landlord. The requested down payment is due immediately. The apartment may only be used for the number of people registered. Other use is only permitted with the consent of the landlord.
The required deposit is due upon booking confirmation. If the tenant terminates the contract up to 90 days before the agreed date, 10% of the rental price must be paid. If the 90-day notice period is exceeded, 90% of the agreed rental price and a €10 processing fee is due at this time. Upon this payment, the incoming rent from any replacement rentals will be credited. The same applies to late arrival or early departure.
