If the contract is terminated (cancelled) without the administration having given an important reason for this, the administration is entitled to compensation as follows: three months before the start of the trip: 10% but at least €25.00 processing fee; two months before the start of the trip: 30%; one month before the start of the trip: 70%; less than 7 days before the start of the trip: 90% (the date of the postmark or receipt of the email is decisive). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
