Anyone moving into this well-equipped vacation home with lots of coziness will feel it immediately: someone has put a lot of heart into it and combined old and new with great sensitivity. In the living and dining room with open-plan kitchen, there is a cozy seating area with a sofa and armchair. A bar with two stools has been integrated along the free-standing kitchen block, where you can have a coffee in between or dream away to the large glass fronts. Or count clouds. And if you prefer to watch a movie on TV, all you have to do is reach for the remote control. The dining table is also a very special place, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with a view of the lake. The kitchenette offers everything that makes amateur chefs happy. And everyone else too, because you don't have to worry about washing up - the dishwasher does it for you.
The two bedrooms with double beds are also designed for comfortable living. Because it's proven that you sleep longer in a comfortable bed than in an uncomfortable one, it's sure to be a well-rested vacation for everyone. How about a refreshing shower to wake you up? Then off to the bathroom, where a corner bath also plays a major role. For those who also like to sit outside at home, there is a separate outdoor seating area on the large balcony - an extended living room, so to speak.

Wohlfühlort mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.
Ein weiteres Highlight: Die Lage! Innerhalb von maximal 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß überall. Parkplatz ist auch praktisch.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder – eine klare Empfehlung!

Sonnige tolle Wohnung über den Dächern von Überlingen mit Blick auf den Bodensee
Es war immer ein Highlight nach dem Aufstehen und beim Frühstücken auf den See zu schauen.
Für uns als Radfahrer war der Carport sehr nützlich, da wir auch dort unsere Fahrräder - mit unserem zusätzlichen Schloss abgesichert - abstellen konnten.
