sauber und gepflegt - laute Straße, no view - insgesamt zu teuer
Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort war super freundlich und unkompliziert.
Leider haben wir nur auf Häuserwände gesehen und wenn Nachbarn da waren, war das deutlich zu hören. Was mich allerdings am meisten gestört hat, ist die laute Straße, die man Tag und Nacht hört.
Wer die Bucht von Alcudiá mag , mit allem was dazugehört, dem wird es vielleicht trotzdem gefallen.
Ich fand es, für das was es ist, zu teuer.

Klima anlage/ A/C needed!
It was very difficult to sleep, even with all the windows and doors open (not very good for security, if someone wanted to break in!) The mosquitoes were eating us alive with windows open, because the apartments are next to the lagoon and canals, so the minimum to be expected is to have mosquito mesh on all doors and windows, when there is no air conditioning!
We had booked and prepaid for 9 nights, but just halfway in our stay, we had to book a hotel with air conditioning and move to a new location, as well as pay double for these nights, because staying in this Apartment was truly ruining our holiday!

temperatures in Mallorca than in Norway. We recommend you for the future, an accommodation with air conditioning, so that nothing stands in the way of your vacation. We would like to point out that you knew the information that there is no air conditioning in the facility. We have deliberately decided against the installation of air conditioning for ecological reasons and provide our guests with two fans in the apartment.
eine Ferienwohnung zu vermieten ohne Klimaanlage!!!???
Trotz allem gibt es einen Kritikpunkt, der für uns schwerwiegend war:
Leider verfügt die Wohnung über KEINE Klimaanlage!!!
Deshalb ist es es in den Sommermonaten nur schwer auszuhalten, vor allem Nachts beim Schlafen!!!
Schade das man diese Info nirgends aus der Anzeige raus lesen konnte. Würde es eine Klimaanlage geben, würden wir auch sehr gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen, ansonsten leider NICHT!!!

Traumhaft schön
Die Terrasse in unserer Wohnung oben, bietet neben herrlichem Blick zwei Liegen und viel Ruhe. Eigentlich möchte man nicht weg. Aber auch der Strand mit kostenlosem Schatten der Pinien und die schönen Orte in der Umgebung sind es wert, nicht nur in der Wohnung zu bleiben')
Es war sauber, netter Empfang, ein Wasser und Salz ,Zucker, Filtertüten vorhanden, Supermarkt um die Ecke.
Sollten wir nochmals nach Mallorca reisen. .....wir werden keine andere Wohnung ausprobieren.
Toll wäre es , wenn einige Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen würden, der einzige Wunsch der offen blieb. Es gibt Verleih natürlich, aber so für die kleine Runde am Abend also spontan...
