I am renting temporarily - during my professionnal absences and with the exception of my home-office - my own private appartement on the ground floor, antiquely furnished and largely renovated in 2014 -2019 (oak parquet, terrazo flooring in the conservatory, paint work, electricity etc. and 2018/2019 : west facade of the house) to gather further funds for this fully classified monument for our continued and further restorations.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION: If the tenant withdraws from the contract he owes a remuneration as follows:
withdrawel up to 44 days before the rent ist beginning 30% of the rent
withdrawel up to 30 days before the rent ist beginning 50% of the rent
withdrawel up to 14 days before the rent ist beginning 80% of the rent
The declaration of withdrawel has to be done in writing. For the calculation of the a.m. deadlines the reception of the said written declaration of withdrawel by the owner of the house is decisive.
If the WAKENITZ-VILLA 1922 can be rented under the same conditionto someone elses, the former tenant is only charged a processing fee of 5% of the rental price, but at least 50.00 €. If the holiday home can only be rented at a discount, the former tenant must pay the difference amount, plus the processing fee, but not exceeding the amount resulting from paragraph 1.

Equally special in our eyes is that our WAKENITZ-VILLA ANNO 1922 is completely listed, so you will encounter historical details everywhere and a very special atmosphere inherent in the walls. ,
ATTENTION dog owners: In individual cases we also accept dogs etc. if proof of an appropriate insurance is provided, which also includes rented holiday apartments. However, the property is only partially suitable for dogs, as it is not fenced in towards the neighbor on the left. However, we still accommodated various highly satisfied guests with adequately trained dogs (some of which even provided us with photos). My housekeeper, who is also a dog trainer, therefore asks for information about the breed and age of the dog right away with your request, in order to be able to assess the suitability of our WAKENITZ Villa Anno 1922 for your darling.

Wir kommen wieder!
Durch den direkten Wasserzugang und das tolle Wetter konnten wir in der Wakenitz schwimmen
und unsere Kajaks nach dem paddeln einfach auf die Wiese ziehen.
Je nach Sonnenstand haben wir gerne beide Terrassen und die kleine Veranda genutzt, der große Tisch im Esszimmer blieb ungenutzt.
Mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß kann man schnell zur wunderschönen Altstadt gelangen.
Toll ist auch das viele Info- und Kartenmaterial von Lübeck und Umgebung, welches zur Verfügung steht.
Die großen Bäume am Wasser sind ideal für unsere selbst mitgebrachte Hängematte gewesen.
Im Juni 25 kommen wir wieder und hoffen wieder so eine schöne Woche zu erwischen.

Erholung pur
Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, hat unsere Gastgeberin hier eine Oase geschaffen, die unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen hat. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber auch schnell in der City. Das Ambiente ist zum Wohlfühlen wie geschaffen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die umfangreiche Literatur über die Geschichte der Stadt und Umgebung, lädt zum Schmökern ein. Der nette Kontakt, auch zur Hausdame, hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Mario und Chrissi

Eine schöne historische Villa, nahezu im Originalzustand.
Ein großer Garten mit 2 Terrassen und direktem Wasserzugang, Bademöglichkeit in der Wakenitz.
Auch mit Hund - ideal.
Die Lübecker Innenstadt ist gut fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem in absolut ruhiger Lage.
Immer weiter zu empfehlen!
