Look forward to an apartment where everything is new, renovated in November 2021. This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, an open-plan kitchen with a living/dining area, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, and ceramic hob.

A large covered balcony overlooking the park is perfect for outdoor breakfasts. The sun-filled apartment offers German TV, fast Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning for heating/cooling. The windows are modern and new with blinds. Bed linen, towels, and blankets are included in the amenities. If anything is missing, we will take care of it immediately.

Klimaanlagen in Schlafräumen fehlte, Bad sehr klein, Wohnung nur für 2 Erwachsene, Zwischenreinigung bei 2 Wochen bei dem Preis sollte inkludiert sein. Persönliche Begrüßung u 24/7 Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeberin.

Ein Urlaub mit der Familie steht und fällt bekanntlich mit der Unterkunft. Schon beim Antreffen in der Unterkunft begegnete uns die Vermieterin mit absoluter Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung vom ersten Moment an total wohlgefühlt. In einem Ordner in der Wohnung fanden wir hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks um unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen zu können. In der Wohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. In der Wohnung ist alles sehr neuwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder (13J. und 16J.) konnten wir ohne bedenken den Kurzen Fußweg zum Strand alleine gehen lassen. Auch in den Ortskern war es nicht weit und auch zu Fuß problemlos und schnell zu erreichen. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt mit einer tollen Unterkunft in Conil. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir sind schon des öfteren in Conil gewesen. Diesmal haben wir das Apartment El Carino von Frau Echternach gemietet. Uns hat die liebevolle Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Das Apartment besticht durch seine Lage nur 2 min vom Strand entfernt und der absoluten Sauberkeit. Frau Echternach stand als Ansprechpartnerin immer zur Verfügung und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden dieses wunderschöne Apartment wieder Buchen. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung.
