A beautiful modern holiday home (100mÂ²) on a 580mÂ² plot with private parking, fenced garden, 2 terraces, and a swing and slide.

The holiday home itself accommodates 6 to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

The living room of the holiday home is modern and tastefully decorated with two sofas, TV, a large dining table, and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped. Dishwasher, combi microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one in the bedroom (shower, toilet, sink) and a separate one with a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Man ist schnell im Ort und am Strand. Besonders schön ist der schattige Garten. Da wir mit vier Erwachsenen dort waren, haben die Spielgeräte im Garten keine so große Rolle gespielt. Für Familien mit Kindern aber sehr schön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut.
Der gravierende Mangel ist jedoch die fehlende Badezimmer/Toilettentür in dem Doppelzimmer. Dieses Zimmer ist leider nur als Einzelzimmer nutzbar.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus.
Insbesondere der eingezäunte Garten mit den diversen Spielgeräten war für die Kinder ein Highlight.
Auf dem Grundstück ist Platz für mind. 2 Autos, evtl. sogar 3.
diese haben wir aber nicht genutzt weil die Wiese vor den Häusern als kostenlose (!!) Parkfläche ausgewiesen ist.
Der Kontakt mit Janneke war super und sie hat immer schnell reagiert.
Klare Empfehlung!

Das neue Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. In dem großzügigen Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei große Couchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen runden Esstisch an dem alle Platz finden. Der Garten ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Cool ist die Bojenschaukel, die an einem Baum hängt. Es gibt einen Bollerwagen, der uns zum Einkaufen und für den Weg zum Strand eine große Hilfe war. Ausserdem gibt es im Gartenhaus zwei Retro - Fahrräder und vieles mehr.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
