On appr. 54 m² you will find everything you need for a nice holiday. The apartment includes: a tastefully furnished living/eating room, TV with digital satellite reception, your own telephone and free W-Lan, an integrated kitchen line with oven/ceran field, micro-wave and dishwasher; a separate sleeping room with a king size bed (200x180) and a bathing room with shower and WC. The sofa bed may be utilised in the living area to accommodate two additional guest throughout your stay.
The apartment is a Non-Smoking Apartment; pets are not allowed.

5 Sterne FW mit Sparen bei Alltagshelfern
Äußerst ruhige Lage, jedoch für Erreichen einer vernünftigen Badestelle (Strandbad Chieming) o. Restaurants (ausser Gut Ising ) Auto nötig.
Sehr gute u. zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Serviceagentur. Unverständlich für uns waren die Kontigentierung von WC Papier (2 Rollen) u. Mülleimerbeutel (1 pro Eimer). Reinigungslappen für Küche u. Bäder fehlten völlig, also mitbringen.
Bei 215 Euro Endreinigung war es doch befremdlich, dass man am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr die Betten abziehen u. besenrein übergeben müsste.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns, dass Sie die Ausstattung des Feriendomizils so hervorheben. Die Eigentümer haben diese mit viel Liebe hochwertig ausgestattet.
Eine Selbstverständlichkeit für uns ist, dass all unseren Gästen eine Grundausstattung für den Urlaubsstart im Objekt zur Verfügung steht, welche eine Spülschwamm, einige Tabs, Spülmittel, Handseife, 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier pro WC beinhaltet. Verbrauchsmaterial wie zum Beispiel Toilettenpapier, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze und Mülltüten etc. gehören nicht zur Standardausstattung einer Ferienwohnung, wir bitten daher stets im Vorfeld dieses selbst mitzubringen. Dies wird nicht nur bei uns so gehandhabt, sondern ist bei vielen Objekten der Fall, was nicht nur hygienische Gründe hat. Schade daher, dass Sie dieses moniert haben. Auch bitten wir um Verständnis, dass es in unserer Region eh schon sehr schwer ist gutes Reinigungspersonal zu finden, welche noch dazu flexibel arbeiten sollen. Aufgrund dessen erhalten alle Reinigungsunternehmen, mit welchen wir zusammenarbeiten einen sehr hohen Stundenlohn. Die Lebenshaltung bei uns ist einfach auch sehr hoch. Gerne würden wir für Sie dies preiswerter anbieten, was leider nicht umsetzbar ist.
Wir hoffen trotz allem, dass Sie Ihre Urlaubszeit im "Gartenparadies" rundum genossen haben und würden uns über ein Wiedersehen freuen.
