The ground-floor holiday apartment offers a spacious living-room with eating area, which is modern and comfortably equipped, with -among other things- a sofa-bed (1,50 wide mattress for 1-2 persons), satellite-TV including a wide range of German, English, Portuguese and Spanish programs as well as a CD-player. Through the patio door you get to the terrace with the adjoining garden and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, stove, oven, microwave and washing-machine as well as the usual kitchen utensils. The holiday apartment offers a separate bedroom which another access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath-tub) as well as a combined air-conditioning / heating.

The holiday house is an ideal place for spending the winter. It is equipped with A/C heating as well as underfloor heating. It is perfectly suitable for 2 persons (prices upon request)

Anreise

From the airport Faro via the A22 towards Portimao. Use the exit Silves/Lagoa, then towards Carvoeiro.

In the roundabout in Lagoa in take the 1st exit (right) in the direction of Carvoeiro.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne ,sehr gute sanierte Wohnung vorgefunden. Eine Heizung ,plus Fußbodenheizung, die auch noch sehr gut und günstig Heizt ,einfach spitze. Ideal zum Überwintern geeignet. Wir haben uns in der Algarve sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten, was man im Alltäglichen braucht- die Einrichtung ist komfortabel, sauber und sehr stilvoll.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kids waren total begeistert vom großen Pool, der nur wenige Meter von unserer Terrasse entfernt war! Wir haben eine tolle Zeit hier verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können diese Wohnung in dieser Anlage guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Wir sind einfach nur begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für eine kleine Familie, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man im Alltag benötigt und die Aussenanlage ist ebefalls sehr sauber und gut überschaubar.

Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen wieder!
