The farm is situated at 1470 meters on the Naturnser Sonnenberg - Fuchsberg in the municipality of Naturns at the entrance to the Schnalstal valley. Enjoy the unique view and tranquility surrounded by meadows and forests, away from roads and noise, in the Texel Group. Our farm is located directly on the Merano High Mountain Trail, making it an ideal starting point for numerous hikes.

Cancellation of the booking can be made up to 30 days before the start of the trip. In the case of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
•From 30 days before the planned arrival - 30% of the total booking amount
•From 14 days before the planned arrival - 50% of the total booking amount
•From 7 days before the planned arrival - 80% of the total booking amount
•In case of one day before the planned arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking amount
•In the event of an early departure, the full booked amount will be charged.

Access via the A22 motorway, By car:
Simply take the Brenner motorway, exit at Bolzano Sud and follow the expressway (MEBO) to Naturno through the tunnel and then turn right into the Schnals Valley after about 700m. After approximately 5 km, turn right at Hof am Wasser - Fuchsberg, and after about 5 km on an asphalt mountain road, you will reach our holiday apartment at Innerunterstellhof.
Or via Stuttgart - Landeck - Reschen Pass. After the tunnel at Staben, drive for about 1 km and then turn left into the Schnals Valley. After approximately 5 km, turn right at Hof am Wasser - Fuchsberg, and after about 5 km on an asphalt mountain road, you will reach our holiday apartment at Innerunterstellhof.

diese Ferienwohnung übertrifft alle Erwartungen die man sich von einem Urlaubsdomizil erhoffen kann. Eine absolut hochwertig und Top ausgestattete Wohnung, ein wunderbarer Blick vom Balkon, den Spielplatz für die Kinder direkt vor der Tür und natürlich die unglaubliche Ruhe die auf 1470m herrscht- fernab von Verkehr und Hektik: ein Traum schlechthin.
Von hier aus hat man auch eine super Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge.
