Cancellation / annulment of the rental agreement
A cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival, for which a processing fee of 10% is charged. After that, we reserve the right to charge up to 90% of the agreed total price in accordance with the statutory provisions of Section 537 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
If the agreed rental period is not adhered to, the rental fee must nonetheless be paid for the agreed period. The tenant will inform the landlord immediately about any downtime. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
In the event of “force majeure” or structural defects, the lessor is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the rental price will be fully reimbursed.
Regulations regarding the corona pandemic:
If there is a ban on accommodation during the rental period or parts of it, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the rental contract for this period. The renter will be reimbursed the pro rata rental price.
The tenant is obliged to comply with the official regulations imposed on the landlord (e.g. test requirements, distance requirement or mask requirement).

In Murnau itself you pass the accident clinic (left hand) and continue towards the center of the village. At the first major intersection (Tengelmann Center), turn left towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen (B2). After approx. 800 m you cross under a bridge and after approx. 50 m turn left towards Hechendorf. After another 200 m, the Krottenkopfweg branches off to the right and you have reached your destination after 100 m on the left side of the road.
