A double bedroom, a room with 2 beds, a bathroom with a window. Sleeps 4.
Living room with TV and kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Parking spaces for cars and boat trailers right in front of the apartment and also a reserved parking spot at the beach by the lake "Baia del Vento" where you can swim and rent canoes, pedal boats.
There are public toilets and a good restaurant, pizzeria, bar. Dogs are allowed on this beach.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible, there are no architectural barriers, the shower in the bathroom is designed to accommodate a support chair where needed. Families with children can let their kids play in the garden without stress. This apartment is also very suitable for our guests with dogs: the terrace and garden are fenced and separated from the rest of the villa. The nearest place is San Felice del Benaco, a 10-minute walk with shopping facilities, bakery, supermarket, post office, and many restaurants.
Beach: 900 m to the lake, the nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a parking lot there.

A unique opportunity surrounded by nature, next to olive trees and vineyards.
A romantic place in a unique position on the southwest side of Lake Garda!
But the best part is: lounging in the large garden and enjoying every minute. An 'inactivity' that one doesn't have in everyday life.
Additionally, there is now an outdoor shower with "solar-heated" water. Pure pleasure!
That's what holidays are all about!

Note: For highway use in Austria, you need a vignette, which you can get at border crossings, gas stations or online. Take the Brenner Pass to Bolzano towards Verona, then continue on the highway to Milan/Brescia, exit Desenzano. Direction: Salò / Riva / Lago di Garda, drive to Padenghe, Moniga, Manerba, San Felice del Benaco.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
San Felice ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei Familie Caletti haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber!
Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben
Das Highlight für unseren 6 jährigen Sohn war natürlich der Kicker.
Der große Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Zusätzlich gibt es dort 2 Außenduschen.
Die Terrasse hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und den See. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen und morgens in Ruhe seinen Kaffee genießen.
Der Gardasee ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hat uns tolle individuelle Ideen für Freizeitaktivitäten genannt.
