Cancellation and transfer
You can withdraw from the lease at any time. The written resignation is recommended. If you withdraw from the rental contract or do not start the rental period, the landlord can claim damages for the expenses incurred. When canceling the holiday, no matter in which timeframe, a processing fee of 50 euros is always due.
We will gladly make a transfer for you, if possible.
We charge you a rebooking fee of 20 euros.
If you can not start your journey, the following rules apply to the cancellation, the compensation claim is calculated below.
For their own protection, the landlord recommends the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
In any case, we retain a processing fee of 50, - € for cancellations.
Up to 30 days before departure: The cancellation fee is the complete payment for the binding booking made at the time of booking. Until 29 - 15 days before departure 50% of the total amount has to be paid to us.
Until 14 - 8 days before, 75% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
7 days before departure 90% of the total amount has to be paid.
We always strive to find a mutually acceptable solution. You can provide a replacement tenant. In any case, we reduce the cancellation fee accordingly if a replacement booking can be made for the entire or partial period.
