House 61 in the quiet and Mediterranean fishing village of Sveta Marina was built in 2017 and offers the latest amenities for a relaxing holiday right on the coast of the Kvarner Bay. The apartment (No.143) is located on the 1.st floor of the house with a shady balkcony and offers an outstanding view of the open sea, the village and the beach. It has a size of approx. 100 m² and has spacious 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living / dining area with a spacious kitchen. The large windows in the living room let you enjoy the view even better and undisturbed, you feel like you are outdoors. On the large, covered balcony with direct access to the garden you can relax and enjoy the hours of sun in peace.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with high-quality stone floors, high ceilings, large windows. The newly built house has a very pleasant charm that infects you, that never tires you and always surprises you.

Anreise

House 61 is located about 9 km from the county and regional town of Labin in Croatia. We generally recommend German and Austrian guests to travel via Slovenia. Villach, then Karawanken tunnel and via Ljubljana the A1 motorway towards Koper. Exit Crni Kal. Then via Buzet and Vozilici towards Labin. Once in Labin, just follow the signs and signs for Sveta Marina. After a 10 minute drive by car you will be in Sv. Arrive Marina. House 61 is located on the only street that runs through the entire village. Once you have arrived in Marina, the house can hardly be missed .....

wir sind in einer sehr sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Apartment angekommen
Die Aussicht war atemberaubend schön , das Meer einzigartig
Die Küche war schön und so ausgestattet , dass ein entspannter Urlaub möglich war
Sehr schönes Geschirr , alles was man benötigt vorhanden
Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad
Die Architektur sehr durchdacht
Wir kommen wieder !

Es erwartete uns eine sehr saubere und gut ausgestattet , geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verleben
Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein modernes Bad , was den Aufenthalt für vier Personen sehr angenehm macht
Die Restaurants sind alle fussläufig zu erreichen und bieten eine gute Küche
