The beautiful penthouse apartment, close to the beach, is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) in a small apartment building 'Groeterstaete' in the center of Groet. From the balcony, you have a lovely view. Right behind the building, there are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and dunes to the beach.

Layout: Hall with guest toilet. A bright living room with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and balcony, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table; a large bedroom (blackout curtain) with a double bed (180 x 210), wardrobe, adjoining bathroom with sauna, shower, and sink, bedroom with 2 single beds and clothes rack, and another bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Urlaubsziel

Beautiful walking and cycling paths take you through the forest and dunes to the beach. Parking at the beach is available at the large parking lot for €6 per day. In July/August, there is a weekly market with live music. Just around the corner, there is a bicycle rental shop (including e-bikes), a supermarket, terraces, and various good restaurants. Together with Bergen and Schoorl, Groet is one of the most beautiful areas in North Holland.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im Dorf gegenüber der Kirche. Auch zu den Dünen ist es nur ein kurzer Weg mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Größe und eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir gerne in der Wohnung Zeit verbracht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Toll ist auch, dass die Ferienwohnung über eine Sauna verfügt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Super schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung. Sehr nah zu den Dünen, zum Strand nicht weit und ein Supermarkt vor der Tür.

Es hat der ganzen Familie (5 + Hund) sehr gut gefallen. Hier war der Aufzug im Haus auch sehr hilfreich, da der Hund nicht gerne Treppen steigt.
Die Betreuung Vorort war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Die Möbel und die gesamte Wohnung sauber und sehr gepflegt !
Das Dorf ist nah an der Dünen angebunden und das Meer ist kurzfristig zu erreichen. Sehr gute Lage.
Die Gastronomie konnten wir leider (bedingt durch Corona) nicht besuchen, hätten das sehr gerne gemacht. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super nah dabei.
Rundum, ein gelungenes verlängertes Wochenende.
