The Lion’s house is a newly restored 4 flats property in Salizada San Lio, Castello. The apartments all have been furnished with design and modern taste, yet retaining a very Venetian flare (wooden beams and the red floor). The owners have finished a complete restoration in September 2010. Ideal holiday property for 2 couples, or for a family group (please note that due to open stairs to the loft, it is not suitable for very young children).
The Lion’s apt 4 is the roof apartment, on the 4th floor. It is spacious, on 2 floors, with a roof terrace and gorgeous views of St.Mark’s campanile (tower bell), S. Giovanni e Paolo and Fava Church. It has 2 bedrooms- 1 large double and 1 spacious double futon-bedroom in the attic; 2 bathrooms, a living room with 32″ flat TV and sofa bed, and a full large well equipped design kitchen with dining area . The kitchen is provided with design blender,toaster, kettle, dish washer,washing machine, oven, microwave and a four ring stove. The larger bathroom has a cabin shower and the smaller has a WC and a sink.
The apartments is furnished with quality lines, towels and hair drier for your comfort.
Air conditioning for the Summer and floor heating for the winter. The floor is red resin and wooden floor upstairs, and the ceiling has old restored beams, giving a warm and very Venetian flare. The lift arrive inside the apartment.
