This newly built, comfortable apartment on the ground floor is situated in the small village of Kornić on the island of Krk, just 1000 meters from the beach. Among its unique features are a private pool, spacious outdoor terrace, and an open view of the sea stretching to the Punat marina.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll feel right at home. Every corner is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The central area of the apartment is a large open-plan space combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, with satellite TV for entertainment.
The kitchen in Apartment Timmy is fully equipped, providing everything you need to cook as you would at home. It includes a stove, oven, hood, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a table for four, perfect for shared meals.
The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a quality double bed, large wardrobe, and desk. The rooms are designed to provide plenty of space and a peaceful retreat for a perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, equipped with all essentials, including towels, a hairdryer, sink, and toilet. Bed linens and towels are always fresh and ready for guests. A washing machine is also available in one of the bathrooms, especially convenient for longer stays.

Schöner Urlaub
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht.Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Der Pool ist sauber und erstklassig . Die Besitzer sind sehr Freundlich und äußerst Hilfsbereit. Sie gaben tolle Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und es jedem Empfehlen dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen zu besuchen

Ein schönes Fleckchen, ein kleiner gemütlicher Ort, eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool, 2 SZ, 2 Bäder mit Dusche u WC. Neubau mit Liebezum Detail eingerichtet. Liebe junge Gastfamilie zu jeder Zeit erreichbar u für jede Frage offen. Wir haben auch super Tips in Sachen Restaurants und Spezialitäten bekommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer wundervollen Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns einen perfekten Urlaub beschert. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und absolut sauber, so dass man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht (ausreichend Handtücher, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmittel, Mülltüten, etc.). Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, so dass man sehr gut am Pool entspannen kann. Die Straße ist eine Anliegerstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Der Pool ist zur alleinigen Nutzung und sehr gepflegt. Wir durfen sogar den Grill benutzen. Die Gastgeber sind da, wenn man sie braucht aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ihre Restaurant-Tipps waren klasse! Die gesamte Anlage ist absolut gepflegt und wir würden jederzeit sehr gern wiederkommen.

Traumferien
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und es ist bis ins Detail mit viel Liebe alles vorbereitet worden. Es gibt genug Wäsche, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool blitzsauber und ausreichend groß, um zu schwimmen. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar, geben auf Wunsch Tipps und helfen, sind ansonsten völlig ruhig. Zeljka hat von uns den Titel Beste Vermieterin der Welt bekommen.
