Die Wohnung bietet eine ideale Lage, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 500m entfernt.
Wer nicht in der Tiefgarage im Gebäude parken möchte, hat die Möglichkeit den öffentlichen Parkplatz, der 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt und mit 10,- Euro die Woche erschwinglich ist, zu nutzen.
Mitten in der Fußgängerzone gelegen sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.

Große Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf den Hohentwiel direkt in der Innenstand von Singen. Terrasse im Sommer sehr gut nutzbar, passende Sitzauflagen und Sonnenschirm vor Ort. Kontakt mit den Vermietern bei der Anreise problemlos. Leider hatte die Bahn während unseres Aufenthalts in Singen gerade einen längeren Schienenersatzverkehr wegen eines Güterzugunfalls, so dass die Verkehrsanbindung in den ersten Tagen etwas schwierig war. Ansonsten ist Singen per Bahn sehr gut zum Bodensee und Schwarzwald angebunden. Einziger kleiner Mangel (nur zum Beweis dass wir auch tatsächlich vor Ort waren) wäre etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten bei der Dusche, aber damit kommt man im Urlaub schon zurecht.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist kaum zu toppen! Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig, die Ausstattung ist modern, die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Terrasse im Sommer gewiss ein Traum. Zudem sind die Vermieter unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
