The 2-room apartment has approximately 60 square meters and is located in the heart of Niendorf, very close to the stylish pier. The modern and stylishly furnished apartment is on the ground floor of the new building.
There is an elevator in the building itself, which you can use to reach the apartment from the underground car park.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa bed (120 x 190 cm), as well as a dining table for 4 people and a large, modern kitchenette. The entire living and sleeping area can be darkened using electric external shutters. You will also find bright pleated blinds!
The brightly furnished room welcomes you with a modern flatscreen TV and a system to which you can also connect your smartphone (Bluetooth). After a long day at the beach, you can put on a Blu-Ray DVD in the evening and end the day with your loved ones.
Before that, however, we recommend that the cooks among you prepare the fresh fish in the kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table.
The kitchen is equipped for everyone. A 4-plate ceramic hob and an oven are available. The refrigerator is also equipped with a freezer compartment for ice cream for dessert. A toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine are part of the basic equipment. You also have the option of using the Senseo machine here. You can also use the existing microwave. After work, you can easily put the dishes in the dishwasher.

From the living room you can also reach the terrace. This offers you warm afternoon and evening sun even in high season! The terrace is equipped with a table for four people and chairs. You can also use the existing seat cushions/cushions to make yourself particularly comfortable. A parasol is available for you.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm single mattresses), and the electric external shutters allow this room to be completely darkened. Light pleated blinds are also installed here as privacy screens. To fall asleep, you can use the second flat-screen TV, which is located on a TV table that can be moved. A large wardrobe is just the thing for a longer stay near the beach.

The ground-floor shower room is equipped with a cosmetic mirror. There are enough storage spaces for your cosmetic bag and there is also a towel rail.
In the hallway of the apartment there is a small storage room with a dryer and a washing machine, maybe you can even store your luggage here. You are welcome to use the ironing board provided, and a parasol for the terrace is also placed here.

In addition, the entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and is wheelchair accessible, as you can get from the underground car park to the shower without a single flight of stairs. Please note: You only have to climb a small hill to get to the terrace. Please call us if you have any questions.

You can store your bikes in the bike shed (lockable), which is located on the property.
There is an additional highlight for the little ones among you if the beach is too crowded or you just want to have a quick romp in the evening: At the back of the building there is a small play area that you are welcome to visit!

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
