Villa Mentine is located on a private property situated beautifully atop a hill, where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the bay of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A lovely large heated saltwater pool measuring 5 x 12 m with disco lighting for balmy evenings is at your disposal. A spacious garden with several shade-providing trees, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with awning for daily outdoor dining, and even a Green Egg barbecue are available for your use. The 2000 m2 garden is fully fenced. The house is equipped with an alarm system and a safe for your use. And there's central air conditioning in all rooms. Upon arrival, a large entrance hall with ample closets greets you. A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines, refrigerator and freezer, and a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. A cozy living room with a sofa and dining table with doors leading to the covered terrace, which also has a dining table. To the right of the living room is a work/sleeping room with a sofa bed. On the left side of the living room, 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes, including 1 master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The master bedroom adjoins an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower and double sink. And a second bathroom with shower and sink, toilet between the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a separate toilet. Outside, there's a beautiful lounge with a table, plenty of sun loungers, and a well-maintained garden to enjoy every day outdoors. There's also a garage with a table tennis table.
