Villa Tone is situated in the south of Istria, only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beach. It consists of 4 flats. The flats are rented separately and the guests share a large outdoor area (over 1000 m2) and a large pool (100 m2).
The garden is fully equipped - deckchairs, parasols, dining table, barbecue, badminton net and volleyball.

This flat can accommodate X people. The interior is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room and a dining room and a bathroom. Two bedrooms and a second bathroom are located on the first floor.

Peace, quiet and peaceful nature. The Tone flat in Villa Tone is an ideal choice for a family with children and pets, or groups of friends.

Wir haben bei Sergio einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.
Er hat immer ein offenes Ohr.
Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet aber sehr sauber. Für uns war es ausreichend. Einzig das Sofa müsste mal ausgetauscht werden.
Sehr ruhige Umgebung, aber alles in der Nähe. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Fazana war unser Lieblingsstädtchen in der Nähe.

Wiedermal einen schönen , erholsamen Urlaub bei Sergio verbracht. Feucht fröhlicher letzter Abend mit selbstangebauten Wein. Alles Bestens. Bis nächstest Jahr.

Great hospitality, top service, have benn her for the 4th time now.
This time with two big dogs, which are welcome.
The farm animals around are great fun for the kids.
