Large and spacious cabin with fantastic location and space for 10 people. Sea view and large terrace. The holiday house is from 2006 with a garden room built in 2017. The cabin is on a hill with a lovely view of the sea. The ground floor contains entré, living room and dining room as well as a well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine available. The holiday house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. There are 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed, as well as one mattrass on the loft. Total sleeping space for 10 people. The cabin has 2 toilet rooms with washbasin and shower. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. In the living room there is a cozy wood stove, wood is included in the rent. An annex of 15 m2 is attached to the cottage. Large terrace of 150 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. In addition, there is a small, covered terrace of 7m2. Great hiking areas and experiences nearby. A short distance to public sandy beaches, marked hiking trails and open areas. At Båly, there is a hotel and restaurant. At Båly, it is also possible to rent a boat. Other activities and sights in the area are the Spangereid canal (930 meters long), Lindesnes lighthouse, the salmon ladder in Kvås and the Mandal wilderness center. There are several fresh waters nearby with good fishing opportunities, in addition to good fishing conditions in the archipelago.
