Beschreibung

Nice cabin located in beautiful nature 826 meters above sea level. Great startingpoint for hiking to the mountain tops of Skjervungfjellet and Spåtind both summer and winter. The cabin consists of a nice living room with a wood stove for cold days, an open kitchen with a large dining table and 4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with a family bunk and 2 with bunk beds. Bathroom with WC, shower and underfloor heating. There is a small loft for the children with a Brio train, DVD player and screen to watch movies (there is no TV). HDMI input to connect to PlayStation etc. The cabin also has various board games for young and old, decks of cards and outdoor games like ring games, frisbee and badminton. The mountain Synnfjell is an eldorado for cycling; you can choose between paths, gravel or saddle roads. There are many fishing lakes, rivers and streams, and if you are lucky, you can catch red mountain trout, whitefish and char. The fjord Synnefjorden is a great place to launch your kayak, canoe or simply take a swim. Spåtind Fjellhotell is about 15 minutes away by car and sometimes has opportunities for horse riding. Both Synnfjellporten and Spåtind Fjellhotell offer various activities, check their websites for opening times and for more information. Synnfjellporten is a cozy restaurant/cafe located about 10 minutes' walk from the cabin. Here you can also buy some basic groceries. It is open mostly on weekends and holidays. Electricity and firewood are included in the price. Guests will need to bring their own bed linen.
