This charming holiday home offers beautiful sea views and is located just 150 meters from the nearest beach, in the highly popular Pøt Strandby area, slightly north of the harbor town of Juelsminde. The home is bright, welcoming, and tastefully furnished. The open-plan kitchen and living area create a perfect space for family life, meals, and relaxation. There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, accommodating families or small groups comfortably. Outside, a very large terrace extends from the house, partially covered, allowing you to dine outdoors in almost any weather while enjoying views of the small, cozy garden and the nearby water. The garden provides plenty of space for children to play safely. From the garden, a direct path leads to the beach and to large grassy areas with soccer goals, perfect for outdoor games. The property’s location ensures easy access to the sandy beach and open spaces, making it ideal for swimming, walks, and family activities. The combination of a well-furnished interior, expansive terrace, and proximity to the sea makes this holiday home a perfect retreat for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. No rentals to youth groups are permitted, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
