With 11 rooms with double beds and 3 rooms with family bunk beds, there is plenty of opportunity for both privacy and cozy get-togethers. There are three bathrooms in the house – two on the first floor and one close to the pool area – providing easy access to the facilities for all guests. On the lower floor of the house, you will find a world of entertainment. The spacious indoor pool is perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the activity room invites play and competition. Here you can compete in billiards, table tennis, darts, or table football, or take a break and play on the PlayStation 5. The activity room also has its own bar, and from here there is direct access to a covered terrace, where a cozy lounge area invites you to relax and socialize in the fresh air. The outdoor wellness area is one of the house's biggest attractions. From the pool, there is direct access to the area, which offers a sauna with a view of the pool, a luxurious outdoor spa, a cold water tub with atmospheric lighting and salt water, and an outdoor cold water pool. Regardless of the season, this terrace will quickly become one of the house's most popular places. On the first floor, you will find the heart of the house – a large kitchen-dining room that invites socializing. The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, so you can prepare meals for even the largest groups. There is also access to a fenced terrace with an integrated outdoor kitchen that includes a sink, grill, and refrigerator – perfect for summer evenings with cooking and socializing under the open sky.
