Holiday house with an idyllic location and great views just 20 meters from Rosfjord, sunny and warm plot. The holiday house is on two floors. On the 1st floor there is a living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a toilet with shower cabin. From the living room you have a great view of the sea. Free wireless internet. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a doublebed and a singlebed. Final cleaning and electricity are included in the price, as well as one sack of firewood. You need to bring bed linen with you. There are 2 fishing rods at your disposal, and possible to rent a boat with a small motor. The holiday house is in Svenevig, 5 km from the cozy town of Lyngdal with shopping streets, restaurants and a cinema, as well as the popular water park Sørlandsbadet, perfect for the whole family. Rosfjord camping has a great sandy beach. In Spangereid, you can visit Norway's southernmost underwater restaurant, "Under" and see the Spangereid Canal. Other family activities in the area include a trip to Lista Lighthouse (37 km), and Vanse (25 km) where you will find Lista Adrenaline Park with go-karts, flipside/skate park, trampoline park, paintball and restaurant, Alcoa Environmental Park, bike paths and pump track. In Vanse there is also a bakery and several restaurants. Brochures in the holiday home provide information about various activity options in the area.
