The cottage with thatched roof is built on two levels and both from the ground floor and first floor there is an incredible view of the water. The first floor is furnished with a large living room with a large balcony with the most beautiful views. Ground floor is furnished with a large, combined living / dining room and kitchen. The living room is i.a. equipped with TV, DVD player, sitting area, wood stove and stereo with CD player. Free internet is installed in the house. The dining area is by the large panoramic windows, so you can enjoy the view along with the food. The well-equipped kitchen has i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob and cooker hood. Three bedrooms, all with double beds. Bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is a boat, a cot and a high chair in the house. A trampoline has been set up (used at your own risk / insurance) and there is a cozy fire place in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das Grundstück ist sicherlich unübertrefflich, GroÃe Defizite sind im baulichen Zustand des Objektes: die Terasse ist massiv abgesackt und die Steine liegen krumm als Stolperfallen, die Holzterasse ist hochgradig marode, die Terasse im ersten Obergeschoà ist ebenfalls hochgradig baufällig, die tragenden Balken sind morsch,
