This cottage built in 2009 appears in light Scandinavian style with modern furnishings is located 400 meters from one of Europe's best sandy beaches - Balka Beach, which is very handicap friendly as it leads a wooden ramp down to the beach from the parking lot at Frederiksvej. On the large terrace you will find the house outdoor spa and outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms, as well as a loft, one room with one and a half man bed. Large kitchen, with everything you need. Living and dining room with wood burning stove, free internet, air / air (and air conditioning), and large TV. The living room is in kip, which appears bright and inviting. There are two bathrooms one with entrance to the bedroom. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. The latter has a washing machine and microwave. The house is suitable for rent all year round. There are terraces all around the house so you can move after the sun or the shade. In one shed you will find the dryer. Note that the spa is of a slightly older date, so not all nozzle adjustment buttons work optimally. Walking distance to the beach, as well as the idyllic fishing village Snogebæk with restaurants, specialty shops and smokehouse. The nearest major town is Nexø, which can be reached by bicycle within a short time. Bicycle rental on the other side of the road. Not for rent to youth groups.
