Just about 150 meters from the North Sea, you'll find this centrally located and tastefully decorated 96 m2 two-story vacation apartment on the first floor in Søndervig. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. Careful thought has been given to the details in the apartment and the colors are beautifully coordinated, creating a wonderful sense of calm in which to immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape outside. The light is fantastic. There is an air-to-air heat pump to save energy. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and induction hob, among other things. There is plenty of space around the dining table in the kitchen/family room. Living room connected to the kitchen with a flat-screen TV with Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish channels. From the living room, there are windows and patio doors leading out to a large, covered balcony facing west, so you can also move outside and enjoy the fresh air, the beautiful landscape, and listen to the North Sea. The balcony has comfortable garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy your vacation days outdoors to the sound of the North Sea. The spacious apartment has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with underfloor heating and a large entrance hall. The apartment is part of the Danland holiday center, and you have free access to the water park, a large activity room with table tennis, billiards, and PlayStation, a laundromat, and an outdoor playground. Just a few minutes' walk takes you to the center of Søndervig, and the fantastic beach is only about 150 meters from the apartment. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
