Since October '23, we've been lovingly renovating our beautiful townhouse, which can be booked again from 06/29. In May/June, we will be on-site to prepare everything for our guests.
Unfortunately, we cannot yet show new photos of the premises. But we have had visualizations made to give you an impression of what it will roughly look like.
Our charming townhouse is located in a quiet alley in the old town of Pollença and is the perfect holiday home for those who want to live centrally and do not want to miss out on a pool, garden, and barbecue. The Plaça Mayor with its Sunday market and restaurants is just 2 minutes away.
Upon entering the spacious entrance area, one immediately senses tradition and comfort. Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is the living room with a fireplace, the dining room with an open Nolte kitchen and Siemens appliances including an induction hob, as well as access to the covered terrace and a guest toilet.
The upper floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with high-quality box spring beds, as well as two bathrooms, a home office workspace, and access to the sun terrace.
The garden is perfect for relaxing, and at the covered BBQ, you can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings with a view of the pool (approx. 6x3 m) and the Puig de Maria.
Alica 8 can also be used in the off-season, as the house is equipped with central heating and for cozy winter evenings there is a fireplace. The house has fiber-optic internet, with access points available in the house and garden.
Longer booking periods are possible.
