The large garden with a southwest orientation and direct access to the forest provides sun all day long, making it an ideal holiday home for your relaxation – including with children.
In terms of its size and generous living space, the country house belongs to a new generation of holiday homes on Texel.
Only natural and sustainable materials were used for the construction of the country house, which underlines its futuristic character.
Smoke detectors increase safety, all electrical appliances are AAA-rated, most of the lighting features energy-saving LEDs, some with dimmers. A solar tube is installed in the upper hallway for pleasant illumination with daylight.
The country house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Due to these features and its easy-to-clean materials, the country house is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.

Coming from Utrecht towards Amsterdam, take the exit towards Zaanstad.
Then take the A7 towards Leeuwarden until the Den Oever exit.
From there to Den Helder, the ferry port is signposted.
On Texel:
From the ferry port, head north on Pontweg (N501). Turn right at roundabout 10 and continue to follow the signs for De Waal. Just before leaving Den Burg, turn right into Waalderstraat. At the distinctive round glass building of OmnyAcc – on your left – make a sharp left onto Abbewaal. We are right at the end, until you can't go any further, on the round square to the left of Gamma.
