Sunny and quiet apartment located on the fourth and top floor in one of the oldest buildings in Riva, dating back to the 1400’s and listed as a cultural heritage. It is located within the old stone walls near the picturesque open space of the characteristic well and a few steps from the lake. It boasts a beautiful view of Riva del Garda. Tourist facility GardaLakeApartments. It includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer, living room/ kitchen with smart TV connected to the internet, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Available on request, a cot and a high chair for younger children.
There is a special room on the same floor and adjacent to the apartment where you can hang and dry towels, sailing/ surfing suits. It also provides a private parking space at the price of 5 euros per day, to be booked, in an underground car park, located nearby, outside the historic center.
As this is a historic building, there is no elevator. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is air conditioning
