This cosy holiday flat is located in the idyllic village of Ramsau - in the heart of the Zillertal, surrounded by the Tux, Kitzbühel and Zillertal Alps. Ideal starting point for a variety of activities such as hiking or mountain biking and to explore the rest of the Zillertal.
Sports fans will also get their money's worth in winter: only a few kilometres away from the accommodation you will find the Mayrhofen skiing area as well as the entrance to the Zillertal Arena.

In addition to a fully equipped and cosy living-dining kitchen, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.
From the spacious balcony you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the breathtaking mountains of the Zillertal and relax at the end of the day.

Due to the central location of the house, the bakery, shops, restaurants and the ski bus stop are only a few steps away.

Sie wohnen zentral im Tal, in der Nähe von Bahn- und Busverbindungen mit guten (wenn auch nicht sehr häufigen) Verbindungen. Das Haus ist ideal für 6 bis 7 Personen. Es gibt zwar mehr Betten, aber die Einschränkung liegt im Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küche. Der Vermieter wäscht gerne die Wäsche, erfordert aber Absprache. Die Zillertal Arena Karte ist relativ teuer. Prüfen Sie vorher, welche Lifte Sie nutzen möchten und ob sich das wirklich lohnt. Ein schönes Schwimmbad in Hippach ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt (ab 16 Uhr Ermäßigung). Die örtliche Blaskapelle ist sehr zu empfehlen.
