Cozy and quiet country house, retaining the character of Majorcan rural houses, set in extensive grounds on the outskirts of the town of Alcúdia, with beautiful views of the countryside and mountains.

This holiday home has a very nice rustic decor and is fully acclimatized for summer and winter. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room, 1 double bedroom in the attic, 1 bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a child.

The property has a large garden with fruit trees, a furnished terrace, a private pool with beautiful views and the comfort of total privacy.

It is conveniently located about 5 km from the nearest town and only 7 km from the beaches of the north.
Nearest Airport is 50 km from the holiday home.

Sehr gemütliches "typisches" Haus für 2 Personen, tolle Terrasse mit Pool und großartiger Blick in die Gegend. Das Gelände ist kaum einsehbar und die nächsten Häuser weiter entfernt. Ein perefekter Ort zur Entspannung. Man sollte allerdings Katzen mögen ;-)

Das Haus war geräumig und komfortabel, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man brauchen könnte, Das private Schwimmbad war ein Highlight, und wir verbrachten viele Nachmittage damit, dort zu entspannen, Die Lage ist ideal für diejenigen, die die Strände und die schöne Landschaft erkunden möchten
