Beschreibung

This lovely detached holiday home is situated in a peaceful location on the edge of the small private villa park Burghduin (21 villas), adjacent to the beautiful nature reserve "Zeepeduinen" and the "Boswachterij Westerschouwen". The unique beaches of Zeeland are about 2 km away. Surrounding the house is a beautiful, fenced garden. At the back of the dune villa is a large sun terrace, and at the front, you can stylishly end the day with a drink in the evening sun. Of course, a grill is also available.

The spacious, tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable seating area with a cozy fireplace. There is digital TV with many German channels and free Wi-Fi. Through the swinging doors, you enter the large terrace, which borders the extensive dune area.

In the generously equipped, open-plan kitchen (Bulthaup), next to the dining area, you will find an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the utility room, there is an additional kitchen block with a washing machine and microwave.

On the first floor are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 single beds (box spring). The other bedrooms both have two single beds (box spring) respectively. There are ample closets.

The modern bathroom has a shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet both in the hallway and on the floor.

The whole house is centrally heated. You can park on the property.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super und sehr gepflegt. Alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand. Auch die umliegenden Radwege sind perfekt für eine Radtour mit der Familie. Die Nähe zum Wald lädt auch zu schönen, ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein. Unsere Kinder waren auch sehr begeistert von der Mountainbikestrecke hier im naheliegenden Wald. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
