Holiday house Can Calafat in Ca'n Picafort, Balearic Islands

You won't regret spending a well-deserved holiday in this peaceful villa. The exteriors are great; there is a large terrace at the front of the house to enjoy a good breakfast, and a furnished porch perfect for a barbecue. The private swimming pool is made of salt and measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m to 1.90 m. On the terrace you will find six sun beds and 1 sun umbrella for sunbathing, as well as a bathroom with shower for your comfort. Children will enjoy playing in the natural garden with different fruit trees. There is a chicken coop on the plot and the owner always takes care of his animals. And best of all, you can use the eggs for cooking.

This one storey house features a spacious living room with satellite TV where you can lie and relax on the sofa and a rustic dining room with a fireplace and a TV set to watch something interesting while having a family lunch. The renewed kitchen, despite is size, has everything you need to cook, like a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge and an electric stove. There are two bedrooms -with a double bed, AC and a closet each, and one with direct access to the garden- and one shower bathroom. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are also 3 fans available.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
