The house is situated on a secluded plot of about 640 sqm and offers around 180 sqm of living space over 2 floors, plus spacious terraces with sea views (except from the ground floor).
It accommodates 6 people and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are spread over both floors, which would be perfect for 2 small families or 3 generations. On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and the adjoining living room (also with air conditioning) or in winter with a cozy atmosphere during a comfortable evening by the fireplace. The bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
Outside, on the ground floor, there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a cozy lounge set. At the large pool (4 x 10 m), there are plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a Weber grill for all gas grill enthusiasts. From the first floor and the attic, you have a fantastic sea view and can enjoy the evening with a relaxing glass of wine.

When booking/reserving, a deposit of 20% is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). If this does not occur, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and rent the property to someone else. For special offers, the total amount is always due in cash upon arrival. You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation:
- for a cancellation up to 60 days before the rental period begins, 20% of the rental fee,
- for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the rental fee,
- for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the rental period begins, 60% of the rental fee, and for later cancellation or if the contractually agreed services are not used, the entire rental fee = 100%.
Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you naturally retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
