Beschreibung

The house is situated in a small village, in a quiet and magnificent location with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Close to a stunning beach with crystal-clear waters. The centerpiece of the house is the refreshing pool, for your use only. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a second lounge terrace with an outdoor kitchen by the pool. From the pool and two terraces, there is a wonderful panoramic sea view. The house has a large garden of 1000m2 with olive trees, which you are welcome to use. It is actually a stone house with thick walls, keeping it pleasantly cool inside. The house spans two levels. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room with a pull-out sofa, and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the second floor, where two bedrooms and a bathroom dominate. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. Two bedrooms, both with comfortable large double beds 180cm x 200cm. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. A washing machine is at your disposal. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, der Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht ist herrlich.
Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung, die Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen diese Haus vorbehaltlos und kommen gerne wieder.
