This charming Tuscan natural stone house, in a panoramic secluded location amidst pristine nature, offers you a dream vacation in a child-friendly, well-maintained setting, with a covered barbecue area, a 6x12 m. large private pool, a large communal room, and pets allowed.

Bedrooms
7 bedrooms with a total of 15 beds. On the first floor, there is a large panoramic terrace from which you can access two adjacent, independent apartments: one has 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed, the other has 2 double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, suitable for children who should sleep with their parents, here there is an ensuite bathroom; furthermore, a small stone staircase leads up to the "tower," where there is another double bed. On the ground floor, there is another apartment (NEW) with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. 1 baby cot available on request. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Living Room
On the first floor, in the larger of the two apartments, there is a cozy living room with an antique natural stone fireplace and a terracotta stove, equipped with a dining table and chairs, a sofa, and satellite TV, there is also a DVD, CD, and stereo; on the ground level, you enter the large communal room, where the whole group can dine together if the weather is not good enough to do so outside, there is also a satellite TV here.

Kitchen
Both apartments on the first floor have their own kitchen, perfectly equipped if there are special requests within the group/family, such as preparing separate meals for children or making coffee or tea, if everyone wants to have breakfast together on the spectacular panoramic terrace, everything is available, including a German coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. To prepare lunch or dinner, the small kitchen directly next to the communal room will probably be preferred, everything is available here too including a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, and freezer, on request there is a high chair for children.

Bathrooms
On the first floor, the larger apartment has 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite bathroom; the smaller apartment has 1 bathroom. The ground floor apartment has 2 bathrooms. All 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, and bidet. Washing machine available.

Garden
The property is 26 hectares, of which 4,000 sqm is garden. The garden around the holiday home is planted with many trees, shrubs, and flowers, large lawns provide space for children to play; throughout the property, there are secluded spots to relax and simply enjoy nature. The olive grove around the pool is a sight to behold, with 450 trees, and you can purchase the extra-virgin olive oil produced here directly from the owner if you wish! There are fig, plum, cherry, apricot trees, magnificent cedars, huge, ancient oaks providing shade, and of course, the typical Tuscan cypresses are not missing. Just below the house, there is a large covered area with a dining table and chairs for your outdoor meals, here is also the brick barbecue area and nothing stands in the way of your summer parties. The 30 sqm covered veranda on the first floor, which can be reached by an ancient stone staircase, with its five arches, is a wonderful place to sit, look, eat, drink a glass of Chianti, or simply enjoy the day. The property is accessed via a well-drivable path, there is a garden gate with remote control, parking is available within the property.

Pool
The area around the pool is completely fenced and child-safe. The pool is 6x12 m. large and 1.10 - 1.50 m. deep, with Roman steps, interior lighting, solar shower. Around the pool, there are sun loungers, parasols, and a covered cozy seating area with garden couch and chairs - enjoying a glass of Prosecco here in the evening sun is surely the crowning glory of a wonderful vacation day.
