Lage Rincón de la Victoria

Beschreibung

The holiday home is located on the Costa del Sol (Andalusia) in the coastal town of Rincón de la Victoria, just 17 km from Málaga. The house is detached, situated on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in the residential area "El Paraiso del Sol" ("The Sun Paradise").
The holiday home has a sea view and is fully equipped, including an OSMOSIS WATER DRINKING SYSTEM. The house also has a storage room with a washing machine.
The terrace, the large pool with sunbathing area, and the garden are perfect for relaxation. Even at high temperatures, the constant, gentle breeze makes it comfortable to stay.
The holiday home was freshly renovated in spring 2019 and is decorated in Spanish style.
The beach can be reached by car in 3 minutes (or about 20 minutes on foot).
In the past, it has been used for various SEMINARS, for example, YOGA.

In case of cancellation from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the rental period, 40% of the total price will be charged.
In case of cancellation from the 29th to the 22nd day before the start of the rental period, 70% of the total price will be charged.
In case of cancellation from the 21st day up to the 15th day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total price will be charged.
In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total price will be charged.
If a replacement booking is found, a refund will be made. It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.
The deposit will be retained after booking.

Rincón de la Victoria may be a suburb of Málaga, but it's not your typical tourist spot. On the beach and throughout the town, you'll mainly encounter locals, sparing you from the throngs of tourists. The miles-long, wide sandy beach is perfect for extensive walks and fun in the water, with dozens of "Chiringuitos" (beach cafes/bars/restaurants) available for breaks. The beach is freely accessible everywhere and has public sanitary facilities and showers.
A golf course and paddle tennis courts are located in close proximity to the house.

The holiday home is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Málaga Airport.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, es ist ein gemütliches Haus, es hat alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, der Pool ist ein Glücksfall. Die Lage ist sehr nah an der Stadt (Málaga) mit dem Auto (+/- 25 min.) und ist in der Nähe von schönen Stränden.
Das Haus ist daher ideal für Familie, Freunde oder jede andere Art von Aufenthalt.

Wir waren im August ein Woche im FH von Angelika Waiblinger. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool haben uns viel Platz zum Entspannen geboten. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit Blick aus Meer. Toll!
Die Betreuung vor Ort und im Vorfeld, waren super. Die Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten haben uns neugierig gemacht und Einige haben wir umgesetzt.
Rincon ist ein gemütlicher Ort, der einiges zu bieten hat. Alles, Strandbars, Einkauf, Natur, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Für uns war es der erhoffte, erholsame Urlaub, in einer gemütlichen Finca, mit großem Pool.

Für alle Familienmitglieder war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Unsere Jungs im Teenageralter waren vom Pool, sowie dem Turmzimmer schwer begeistert. Über die Terrasse weht nahezu immer ein kühles Lüftchen, so dass es sich, auch bei heißen Temperaturen gut aushalten lässt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Ein Wohlfühlort.
Nach Rincon fährt man 5 Min. mit dem Auto , ein schöner Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants und einem schönen, sauberen Strand. Es gibt dort z.B. die Möglichkeit Stand Up Paddeling auszuleihen. Mit dem Taxi oder Uber kann man sich dort gut fortbewegen.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Frau Waiblinger war mit Rat und Tat unsere Ansprechpartnerin. Danke dafür! Wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus richtig erholen können. : ))
