This lovely farmhouse in <b>Tuscany</b> is located about a kilometer from the center of Alberese, in the heart of the <b>Maremma Natural Park</b> and within easy reach of the natural, <b>untouched beaches</b> of the 'Marina di Alberese'.
Completely renovated, it is surrounded by a <b>large outdoor area</b>, <b>garden</b> and a <b>shaded private parking</b> for your car.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, <b>dishwasher</b> and a dining table.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where you find the two bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms, furnished with taste and simplicity by the owner, have a <b>private en suite bathroom</b>. This offers guests the opportunity to enjoy <b>maximum privacy</b> and comfort.
In front of the entrance you find a <b>spacious terrace</b> furnished with a large table where you can have your meals outdoors and in the <b>garden</b> in front a comfortable sitting area is available to relax after an excursion, a day on the beach or a <b>bicycle trip</b> in the Park.
At short distance from the house, in fact, there is the possibility of renting bicycles but, above all, there is the <b>Visitor Center</b> of the <b>Maremma National Park</b> where you can book excursions in the park on foot, by bicycle or even in a carriage.
For sea lovers, there is one of the most <b>beautiful beaches</b> in the Maremma nearby, within the Natural Park: Marina di Alberese.
Lying within the Natural Park, the beach, over 6 km long, is spotlessly clean and unspoiled. It can be reached by bicycle over a comfortable cycle path of about 8 km. Alternatively, you can get there with a shuttle bus that stops on the main road with a frequency of about every 30 minutes. There is also a pay parking with a limited number of places.
Finally, right next to the apartment there is an excellent <b>restaurant </b>where you can taste real <b>Maremma cuisine</b>.
The offer is ideal for a family (of 4) or two couples who appreciate the comfort of the home, the <b>proximity of the sea</b>, the central position to discover all the great <b>sights of Tuscany</b>.

Dank der Lage direkt an der Maremma haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ebikes sind sehr hilfreich, um die sehr schönen Radwege innerhalb des Naturschutzgebietes auch genießen zu können. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Wir haben das schöne Haus zu dritt für 14 Tage gebucht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besitzt alles was man benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf dem Hof. Es gibt Liegen zum Entspannen und einen schönen Grill. Die Sitzecke unter dem beleuchteten Olivenbaum läd gerade dazu ein, abends mit der Familie zu spielen oder einfach nur die Abendstunden zu genießen. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und ganz wichtig für die Teenies, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei :). Das Bad ist neuwertig und alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, so daß der Koffer nicht ganz so voll gepackt werden muss.Sollte etwas sein, wohnen die sehr liebevollen Besitzer nebenan und kümmern sich umgehend darum. Ein Auto ist ratsam aber auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man die Umgebung erkunden. Der Strand in der Nähe ist einfach nur ein Traum. Für romantische Sonnenuntergänge die ideale Kulisse. Sauberer Sand und klares Wasser laden dazu ein sich in die Fluten zu begeben. Es ist ruhig und doch kann man vieles mit dem Auto oder den Bus zeitnah erreichen. Wir hatten einen unserer erholsamsten Ferien in dem Haus. Und auch für unseren Teenager gab es viel Abwechslung. Mit der Reservierung und dem Check-In hatten wir keinerlei Probleme. Wir hatten einen deutschsprachigen Kontakt über die Agentur und auch englisch ist kein Problem. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien fahren, ist dies unsere erste Adresse. DANKE
Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des kleinen Orts Alberese in etwa 12 km Entfernung zum Zentrum von Grosseto und etwa 7 km Entfernung zum wunderschönen Naturstrand. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist vielleicht etwas sparsam eingerichtet, wir hätten uns eine „Grundausstattung“ gewünscht (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl,…). Es gibt eine Maschine für Filterkaffee, allerdings kann man in Italien so gut wie nirgendwo Filter kaufen, die bringt man also besser mit oder benutzt die im Haus vorhandene Kaffeemaschine für den Herd (Bialetti). Der Garten ist sehr schön, wir haben viel draußen gesessen. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr klein (Esstisch, kleines Sofa).
Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage außerhalb des Ortes (PKW unbedingt erforderlich), sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein gepflegter Garten mit Liegen und Sitzgruppe. Sehr hilfreich sind die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern! Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zum Einkaufen muss man bis Grosseto fahren. Vermieter und Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein kleiner Mangel wurde gleich am nächsten Tag behoben.
Wohnung sehr schön, ein bisschen spärlich ausgestattet Beste Lage, für Fahrradausflüge durch Pinienwälder, Olivenhaine und an das Meer
Wer Ferien ohne Trubel sucht, viel Ruhe und Platz, ab und zu Besuch von gepflegten und freundlichen Katzen, das Geräusch von Zikaden, typischer Toskana - dem sei dieses Objekt ans Herz gelegt. Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 7 & 11 Jahre) waren begeistert, von der Ausstattung (alles da) und der Lage (Kinder können problemlos draußen spielen, keine Gefahren und schöner, kleiner, privater Gartenbereich). Dazu sind tolle Ziele in der Nähe problemlos mit dem PKW (sollte man definitiv haben) zu erreichen.
Das Objekt entspricht absolut den Bildern, insbesondere der schöne und gepflegte Garten ist hervorzuheben. Es gibt sowohl Sitzmöglichkeiten, um draußen zu essen sowie auch Liegen. Im Innern des Hauses gibt es drei Klimaanlagen, in beiden Schlafzimmern sowie im Erdgeschoss, dies kann bei sehr praktisch sein, wir haben sie allerdings nicht genutzt, da wir uns bis in die Nacht draußen aufgehalten haben. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, die Distanz ist aber problemlos zu überwinden. Im Ort kann man nett essen gehen, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind allerdings arg begrenzt, einen Supermarkt gibt es nicht, dafür muss man nach Grosseto. Der Strand ist mit über einen Radweg zu erreichen, es fährt auch ein Bus. Uns war vorher nicht bewusst, dass in Italien an den meisten Stränden erwartet wird, dass man Liegen mietet, diese kosten ungefähr 40 Euro am Tag. Am Strand von Alberese ist dies Gott sei Dank nicht der Fall, in Marina di Grpsseto sieht das anders aus, da reihen sich die Liegenvermieter aneinander. Ich kann das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlen, gute Lage (aufgrund des Strands), genug Platz, sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région de la Maremma. Maison mitoyenne confortable et bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, bonne literie,...). Bon à savoir: maison mitoyenne, proximité d'une route passante et d'un restaurant (environnement un peu bruyant même si le double vitrage et la clim assurent des nuits calmes). Accueil efficace et disponibilité du propriétaire.
Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für Ausflüge innerhalb der Südtoscana. Sie ist nahe der Autobahn und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand innerhalb des Naturparkes von Albarese ist sehr schön und nur ca. 7 km von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir haben es sehr genossen!
Waren jetzt das 2. Mal in diesem Haus. Alles ist zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Gebiet rund um die Maremma zu besuchen. Auch zum Strand ist man schnell mit dem Rad

We had a really nice stay here. The Airbnb is beautiful and you have a lot of space for 4 people with a nice outside area with a barbecue. The surrounding is quite and you definitely red a car while living there. A supermarket, restaurants and the beach are in driving distance. We would definitely come back again!
Casa molto bella (anche di più rispetto alle foto in annuncio), dotata di tutto ciò che serve per passare uno splendido soggiorno in maremma. Ben situata per visitare il parco regionale , le spiagge e le zone limitrofe. Manuela e suo marito molto gentili e disponibili. Check-In e check-out senza intoppi effettuati con Luca , che ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli! Insomma, se tornassimo in zona non esiteremmo a soggiornare al casale Rovereto. Grazie! Posto carino, ordinato, ampio. Comodo per Alberese mare ma tranquillo essendo in campagna. Posto esterno risetvato agli ospiti per mangiare, rilassarsi e fare carne alla brace.

Ospitalità ineccepibile dei proprietari Manuela e Patrizio, ci siamo sentiti “a casa”. Abitazione molto ben ristrutturata, vicina al mare, dotata di ogni confort, piacevole area esterna privata con giardino.
