Renovated traditional Istrian detached house has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens and 4 toilets. This year, we renovate the ground floor and kitchen, which we opened to enjoy the pool. The house has its own privacy and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The house can accommodate 10 people and has a parking space for 4 cars and a large garden.

Urlaubsziel

Eva House is located in a small place in Junae, not far from Labin, Rapca and Sveti Marine. The house is traditionally and fully equipped for families with children - in a nicely decorated lawn, children can feel comfortable. Near the haus there is a children's playground, a basketball court and a volleyball court. There is also a private pool and outdoor grill with a covered seating area and a garden of approximately 1500 square meters.

Anreise

We are located on the east coast of Istria in a small village with only 10 private houses. Junac is a village located 4 km from Labin in the direction of the sea in the direction of the camp Sv.Marina.
